looking for ways to improve.

Years ago, when other suppliers were just talking about quality systems, W.S. Wilson was already registered through Bureau Veritas as ISO 9002 and AS9000 compliant, and the FAA Advisory Circular AC-0056. Since our original certifications, we have maintained and improved our status by completing the upgrade to the current Quality System Requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and AS9120, and FAA AC-0056A, also verified by our Registrar Bureau Veritas. All products coming in to W.S. Wilson go through the Receiving Inspection and Final Inspection as required by our
quality procedure. Additional Inspection is completed when required by a contract, such as Dimensional and
First Article Inspection. When sampling inspection is done, it is done in accordance with ANSI/ASQC Z1-4-1993,
Level S-2, 3, 4, or L-1. The calibration system is in compliance with standards ISO 10012-1, and
ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994.

All product is shipped with the Manufacturer's C of C, W.S. Wilson C of C, and the FAA 8130-3 form if applicable.
The Certification's are maintained electronically on a scanning system for a 10 year minimum, and a minimum
of 7 years as a hard copy. Detailed procedures for Contract Review, Control of Quality Records, Corrective & Preventive Action, Shipping Handling and Storage, and Internal Quality Audits are in effect and monitored on a regular basis.
